I work with two people at a time to help highlight their one-to-one relationship strengths and concerns. I do not offer whole family counseling in the tradtitional sense. I support those who are working through a conflict with a sibling, and/or parent and child (17+) conflict resolution.

I believe we all want the same things: to be loved, healthy, and happy. I invite you to take a moment to imagine what your life could look like if you were living as your most authentic self. I’m sure that vision is something truly beautiful, and I genuinely want that for you! If your current life doesn’t quite reflect that vision, I’d love to connect and explore how we can bring you closer to the life, and person you’re truly meant to be.
I help people heal the deep wounds that come from relationships, whether from the past or present. This includes attachment trauma, complex PTSD, difficult childhood experiences, codependency, and conflict within families, sibling dynamics, or romantic partnerships. I will also support recovery from the anxiety and depression left behind as a result of these experiences. What happened to you wasn’t your fault, Choosing to break those patterns and rewrite the beliefs they left behind, that’s where your power lies, and it’s the first step toward lasting change.
The shame and blame you may have inherited can leave lasting imprints on your body, storing trauma in ways you might not even realize. Over time, this can show up as anxiety, difficulty sleeping, or feelings of depression, all signs of a nervous system stuck in a heightened state of stress. Somatic practices like breathwork and mindfulness can gently guide you back into connection with your body. These tools help release the energy held from past experiences, making space for healing, integration, and a more peaceful presence in the here and now.
Ulimately, this work may help you begin seeing and relating to the world and others in new ways, and life will start to feel a little brighter. You may notice a shift in how you view yourself too, and as a result you may find more compassion and connection in your relationship with yourself.
No matter where you are on your healing journey, there is always room for growth. I am here to encourage you as you find your way home to yourself!
