Telehealth Counseling

I offer traditional talk therapy, online, that is grounded in evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I enjoy asking deep, thoughtful questions to encourage your soul searching. As we connect in our conversation I engage in thought challenging interventions that assist you in noticing less than supportive thought patterns and I invite you to bring a more compassionate approach to your relationship with yourself and others.

Somatic Therapy

Somatic therapy is a body-centered approach that uses physical sensations, mindfulness, breathwork, the five senses, yoga, and gentle movement to release stored stress, tension, and traumatic energy blockages. Somatic therapy supports the body-mind connection. This is an optional add-on to traditional talk therapy.

With remote work, clients can participate in Somatic practices between sessions.
